Park Učka
Park Učka covers the mountain and part of the same name Ćićarija area, located along the northern Adriatic on one of the northernmost points of the Mediterranean, and binds the continental part of Istria and Croatian. The values for which the Učka declared a nature park have been known for a long time, and lie in its relief and the immediate vicinity of the sea, which caused the development of specific climate and lush forest vegetation. It should be added to the rich meadow and other anthropogenic habitats in which we find a number of endemic, endangered and protected plant and animal species.
