House Franica
The central Istria, situated above the village Sutivanac Rasa River valley, there is a house for rent, Franica. The place is far from Žminj 11 kilometers and 17 kilometers from Pazin. The house is secluded, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, overlooking the valley, hills, sea and distant mountain Velebit. The house has central heating and is open to visitors throughout the year. You will experience the special atmosphere in the spring and early fall.

Park Učka
Park Učka covers the mountain and part of the same name Ćićarija area, located along the northern Adriatic on one of the northernmost points of the Mediterranean, and binds the continental part of Istria and Croatian. The values for which the Učka declared a nature park have been known for a long time, and lie in its relief and the immediate vicinity of the sea, which caused the development of specific climate and lush forest vegetation. It should be added to the rich meadow and other anthropogenic habitats in which we find a number of endemic, endangered and protected plant and animal species.

Lazzarini Palace-Battiala ladanjskog part of the castle, the last noble family Labin Lazzarini-Battiala built 1797th year. The palace has 6 comfortable apartments and spacious Istrian tavern and wine cellar for guests of the facility. Total can accommodate 20 people. Masimo hosts and Piero Jenkel experts are good hiking and biking paths around the area and Labin, and offer guided hiking tours and MTB various weights. In April and May offer a weekend arrangement.
