The room No. 0 (1st floor, 27,8 m2) offers: 1/3 room with one matrimonial and one single bed (19,5 m2), bathroom (3,5 m2)=, air condition, digital SAT TV, refrigerator, safe deposit box, balcony (4, 8 m2), sea view.

The private parking is not far from the house. Some distances from the house: beach 40 m, shop 70 m, post 80 m, exchange office, 40 m, restaurant 50 m, green market 300 m, butcher 80 m, etc. In the perido July - August we confirm the bookings in the way: Saturday - arrival, Saturday - departure.
