Krasno is one of the largest settlements on the Velebit mountain at 800 m above sea level. Activities in which we find the NP North Velebit, Velebit Nature Park, the resort, the sanctuary, mountain lodges, and Krasno are suitable for tourism all year round!

Skiing

Restored lifts take you to the top where you are at your disposal three paths of length 450 m, 500 m and 660 m. It is a small resort just suitable for a day or weekend skiing. The paths are mostly blue with some red in character parts and should not pose a problem for beginners, and suitable for families with children. Taking into account that today's pace of life just does not give anyone too much fitness, might be a good start right from this ski resort, that measured its ability.

How to get Beautiful?

Do Beautiful can be reached from the coastal side, with the Adriatic road through St. George and the Altar, or the continental side from the direction of Otocac. By car from Zagreb to Beautiful comes to about 2.5 hours, the new highway section to the little chapel, and then through the Yellow Lokve, Kompolje and Švice.
