FRANCISKA house surrounded by gardens and olive grove area of 5.000m2 in the interior of Istria, on the edge of the village Smoljanci from which a beautiful view to the open sea, it offers comfortable accommodation for 4 to 5 persons. In close vicinity there are: the medieval town Svetvinčenat 3 km, beach 15 km, a beautiful Mediterranean town of Rovinj 20 km and antique Pula 30 km.

The house was built in traditional Istrian style on two floors approx. 75 m2. The ground floor is the living room with table and chairs, fireplace and satellite-TV, then the kitchen (coffee machine, toaster and microwave oven) and WC, while upstairs bedroom with double bed and balcony, bedroom with twin beds (1 , 5 +1) and a bathroom with shower. Guests are free to enjoy seasonal fruits from the garden: various vegetables, strawberries, cherries, figs, hazelnuts, walnuts and participate in the olive harvest (November) and experience in the real sense of rural tourism.
