Welcome to apartments Dora. I rent three separate apartments newly built (energy certificate B) are located in Gornji Karin, near Zadar and Novigrad. The apartments have a view of the sea and Velebit, are 300 m from the beach, each is 60m2 and have a separate entrance. They are equipped with quality interior: living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, private bathroom with shower and hallway. The apartments have air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, refrigerator, oven, induction hob, microwave, complete cutlery and drinks. Two apartments have a covered terrace and a balcony. The entire yard is paved with natural Benkovac stone. Within the yard there are two stone tables with oak benches, a platform for a children's pool, two large skewers (barbecue) with a work table, as part of a large parking lot. Gornji Karin is a small place located by the Karin sea. There are also large cities Zadar, Šibenik, Vir, Nin, Vodice, Zaton, etc. Nearby are the national parks Plitvice, Krka, Paklenica, Kornati, Cerovac Caves, Velebit Nature Park, Vrana Lake suitable for fishing, the canyon of the river Krka and the canyon of the river Zrmanja which is suitable for rafting. In the place there is a Franciscan monastery from the 15th century and the river Karišnica which flows into the Karin Sea, stone mills, waterfalls of the river White, natural healing mud (sulfur). Parts of the Karin seabed are covered with medicinal mud that is used for various rheumatic diseases. Velebit, the sea and pine forests give us an excellent climate, there are no factories nearby, so the air is very clean. Nearby there are bike paths, restaurants, shops, post office. The price of the apartment is 40-70e per day. The price includes bed, bed linen, towels, dishes, kitchen towels, parking, barbecue. The price does not include tourist tax 7kn per person , children from 12-18 years - 5kn, children up to 12 years do not pay.
