House Franica

The central Istria, situated above the village Sutivanac Rasa River valley, there is a house for rent, Franica. The place is far from Žminj 11 kilometers and 17 kilometers from Pazin. The house is secluded, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, overlooking the valley, hills, sea and distant mountain Velebit.

The house has central heating and is open to visitors throughout the year. You will experience the special atmosphere in the spring and early fall.

House Franica has two independent units, apartments, which can be rented separately or as a whole. Total can accommodate 10-14 people. There are 5 rooms, of which a child's bedroom with bunk beds. In addition, two rooms have one extra bed.
