Stone house located in the center of Maslinica. The house has an area of 34m2x3 floors. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room with sofa bed for two people. On the first floor of the house are two bedrooms with a double bed, and in the attic is a large bedroom also with a double bed and a sofa for one person.

The house has two entrances, front and back and stairs that lead through the house from the ground floor to the first floor. At the back of the house there is a small terrace (5m2) with table and chairs.

Animals allowed at no extra charge.

Near the house there are restaurants, cafes, shops, bus stop.

Towels and bed linen are included in the price. A security deposit of EUR 200 is charged on arrival and will be refunded on departure if all is well.

The minimum reservation is seven days.
