Vila Kusan

Vacation Villa Kusan is located in Crikvenica, the best part of the Croatian coast with 2500 hours of sunshine a year, and century-old tradition of tourism. Located only 30 kilometers from the main port city of Rijeka and the National Park Paklenica Park and Nature Park. Newly restored, traditional coastal holiday house is situated in the pedestrian zone of the old town center of Crikvenica, only 50 m from the city center and 100 m from the beach. The house is decorated and designed for families to spend a pleasant and carefree holiday.

The three-storey ground floor is kitchen with dining room, which is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils and fireplace. From the kitchen leads to the large garden popločeno that adorn many of the coastal plants, swing for a relaxing afternoon or sofa set for a pleasant morning breakfast, and the second part of the yard is a grill on wood.

On the first floor is located bathroom with shower, dressing room with large closet, room ~ ~ yellow bedroom for two persons, decorated in antique style

The second floor houses for rent are located in the green room ~ ~ a bedroom for two people, room ~ ~ blue bedroom for two, three, if necessary, if a child under 12 years of age.

The third floor houses for rent are a large living room with beautiful view and Crikvenica Kvarner. This is a great place to relax during the heat of strong podnevnih or rainy days. The living room is equipped with TV and satellite, and a small kitchenette with refrigerator and stove drinking tea or coffee. The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, dishwasher and washing machine, TV / SAT, radio, and many other household appliances. We can offer assistance with parking places, because the house is situated in the pedestrian zone and has no parking space. Pets stay on request. Also, we are able to provide berth.
