The house is secluded, near the village of Rome where it belongs. Green meadows, orchard and forest surround the house built in 1886, has been recently redecorated with a special love

The house was designed primarily as a home for families with 2-3 children. When renovating and decorating is one guiding principle above all: the family in the house to be comfortable and relaxed, and adults and children have to find something that will calm them down, relax and inspire.

That is why the reconstruction of the house are only natural and environmentally friendly materials. There are wood floors except in kitchen and bathroom. The walls are plastered to the old fashioned way, and the irregularity and warm colors reminiscent of the calm life of our ancestors.

On the first floor are two bedrooms and space for reading and relaxation. Open attic and old beams give a romantic touch. The master bedroom is spacious and pleasant. Bajkovitost children's bedrooms encourage imagination, and the children like her to stay there.

The ground floor is a kitchen, bathroom and storage room separate from the living room a wooden staircase leading to the floor.

Thick stone walls and air condition units will assure the freshness in the whole house even in the hottest summer days.

Washing machine, satellite TV, DVD, radio, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, coffee machine and many other appliances will make your life as comfortable as in your home.

Front of the house is a large terrace on which the lawns and meadows. Caravan in the tree, solid and safe, not only invites children to climb ... and the game can begin.
