Jelsa is located in a bay on the north coast of the central part of the island of Hvar, which with its mild climate, beautiful beaches, unique vegetation, historical and cultural heritage can be ranked among the most beautiful islands in the world. Of all the places on the island, the most numerous and most beautiful beaches are in Jelsa. Apart from the natural beauties, Jelsa abounds in olive groves and vineyards, and some of the best Croatian wines come from Jelsa vineyards and cellars.

The house is located in a quiet part of Jelsa and is 30 meters from the sea and rocky beach, and not far from the house there are several small sandy and pebble beaches. Around the house are gardens with numerous Mediterranean herbs such as: olives, figs, pomegranates, lemons, rosemary ..., and next to the house is a pine forest. All this combined with the proximity of the sea contributes to a unique relaxing and pleasant scent.

Studio apartments are located on the ground floor. Each apartment has a room with two beds and one extra bed, toilet and kitchen. In front of the apartment, in the shade is a terrace with tables and chairs and a garden with palm trees. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue and WiFi internet. There is also a ceiling fan and bed linen in the room.

Apartment Ap4 is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and a small kitchen. Each room has two beds and one extra bed, refrigerator, toilet and balcony with table and chairs. The balcony overlooks the sea through the palm trees in the garden. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue and WiFi internet. The rooms also have a ceiling fan and bed linen. It is also possible to rent just one room instead of the whole apartment.

Apartment Ap5 is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms, large kitchen with dining area, living room and two toilets. Both rooms have two beds, and one of them also has one extra bed and a balcony with a table and chairs. The balcony overlooks the sea and the palm garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room there is an LCD TV and a sofa bed, which gives two more extra beds. In front of the apartment, between the pomegranate, olive and pine trees is a terrace with table and chairs, and right next to the terrace is a barbecue that can be used. WiFi internet is free. There is still bed linen in the apartment, and ceiling fans are in every room.
